Office Hours
The library is now open.
Office Hours are as follows: -
1) Tuesday: 4.30 - 6 pm (Abbey Stockstill - Assistant Librarian)
2) Thursday: 7-9 pm (Musisi Kiwanuka - Librarian)

Library Rules
1. For the present, only Philos are patrons, i.e. only Philos are allowed to borrow.
2. No materials, i.e. all items part of the library collection, are to be borrowed without the approval of either the Librarian or the assistant Librarian. These two officials must approve the loan in person.
3. Whenever you remove materials from the shelf, please do not reshelve them. Place then on the Librarian’s desk.
4. If you need to borrow materials outside office hours, make an appointment with either the Librarian or the assistant Librarian.
5. Materials can be borrowed for a maximum of twenty-eight days. Renewal is not possible. The materials must be returned to the library by the end of the twenty-eight-day period.
6. Patrons who return materials late shall be fined.
7. Patrons who either have materials overdue or owe the library fines can not borrow.
8. Materials must be returned to either the Librarian or the assistant Librarian, in person.
9. All materials must be returned before the last meeting of the Philomathean Society.
News
The Office Collection has been added to the online catalogue (September 8, 2008).
The Library Rules have been attached to the Library Door (September 17, 2008).
The List of Class Enemies (Those who have so far failed to contribute books to the library) has been read out. Gulag duty shall follow shortly (September 19, 2008).
